Chris has substantial knowledge of Marketing, Social Media & eCommerce working with retailers to develop their systems and designs. As Social Media Editor for the British Motorsports Marshals Club he has created a 1,500 person following Facebook site within 12 months which helps answer the day-to-day questions and assist members. The Facebook site has also created a better sense of community amongst the club leading to increased membership retention​.
